play ball!

ripley found this ball at the bike shop. it looks like he is loving it and playing with it, but actually he is a bit unsure of it. tobin said he heard him barking and barking and barking and when he went outside to see what the fuss was all about he found him with his doggie-panties in a wad over this football. he would touch it (just barely) with his paw and you know how footballs wobble and roll in ways you don't expect.

i'm going to miss this puppy stage (well, some of it) he seems to be dragging out. he still gets all worked up when he sees something for the first time. it is quite funny and very charming.
