i ride past this scene on one of my most favorite "loops" way out in the country southeast of norman. there is a second dog which is the spitting image of the one pictured above. i so enjoy passing this goat playground. there are always a couple of goats being rowdy, many lounging, and some munching. the dogs are seemingly unaffected by their behavior...they seem very focused on their job...keeping the rascals safe. i find this very humbling and i like it.

babysitting kids

Our two mama goats just had kids: three boys and one girl. Talk about rowdy!

I see they had to shave those big shaggy dogs in that OK heat! They look much thinner without all that hair on them.
