where oh where to begin...
if only i were more ambitious, i would be scanning in photos from pre-digital camera days, but...i'm not.
so...
i am starting with old school avery...since i have clearly more pics of him than anyone else.
as i am sure most of you know, avery's very first friend was born 12 days after him. he has known her since she was 5 or 6 days old, i can't remember...those were still very foggy days for me.
mia and avery have remained very close friends...often asking their parents "when are we going to see each other again?"
unfortunately i don't have any digital pics of them in their early years...looks like it all begins when they are 2 or 3. they used to spend 5 to 6 days out of every week with each other on "play dates", although we didn't call them this then. they crafted together, as you can see, swam together every summer, and avery oh so often took mia for a ride on his ninja. notice how layed back she is, probably issuing instructions on where and when to turn. since i have so many "old school" pics, i thought i should organize myself and blog in themes. these two will no doubt need another blog. so enjoy the avery/mia "old school" blog!
